Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. VitaCookies™ is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
